I work with individuals of all ages, from children to adults, offering therapy focused on emotional and behavioural support for children, teens, and families.
Do you offer therapy in Greek?
Yes, I offer therapy in both English and Greek.

How long is each session?
Individual therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes, while couple and family therapy sessions may last 50-80 minutes + 10 minutes for clinical notes.
What should I expect in my first session?

Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, I offer both telehealth and Face-to-Face. You can choose what works best for you.
How do I book a session?

How is payment processed?
Payments are due upon receipt of invoice via EFT. Clients are responsible for claiming any applicable Medicare and private health rebates. Please check with your GP and your private health insurance provider for eligibility.
What are your fees?

What is your confidentiality policy?
Information shared in sessions is confidential, with limited exceptions related to safety or legal requirements.
Do I need a referral?
No referral needed, but for Medicare rebates, a GP or psychiatrist referral is required. Most private health insurance providers do not require a referral to access therapy—please check with your provider to confirm.
What are your hours of operation?
Thursday to Saturday, 9AM - 5PM AEST by appointment only.
